Two goals a piece from Tempke Akpo and Jack O'Donnell with Sean Gallagher and Adam Dwyer adding the other goals in the win.
The lads went to the Aura afterwards for a recovery session. Thanks to Adam at the Recharge Recovery Rooms for looking after them so well. The Ice bath was a big hit…. for most !!!
