SUNDAY LEAGUE PREMIER
Kildrum Tigers - Letterkenny Rovers 6
Rovers will be glad to have this game under their belt having had 2 games cancelled in recent weeks. With a noticeable change in the weather as it was cool and windy day in St. Johnston.
Coming away with a point today against Kildrum is probably a good result, considering the opposition had the better of the chances over the course of the game. Rovers did have their chances to in what was a pretty scrappy affair from both sides. The game ended scoreless. Best chance for Rovers was in the first half when BJ Bandas effort went just wide.
Referee : Michael Connolly
We extend our deepest condolences to Joel Bradley Walsh and his family on the recent loss of his beloved grandmother. Ahead of the game, both sides observed a minute's silence to honour her memory. Our thoughts are with Joel and his family during this difficult time.
