Letterkenny Rovers 4-1 Oldtown Celtic
The inaugural Kieran McGrath memorial shield match took place at Leckview on Saturday 5th August between Letterkenny Rovers and Oldtown Celtic.
Oldtown was first off the mark taking an early lead from a Sean Cleary goal.
Gareth Doherty got Rovers the equaliser. Further goals from Rovers were scored by Dean Mc Carry, Ronan Curran and Darragh Morrisson.
Many thanks to all who turned out on the day to support and to all behind the organising and taking part in the event.
All funding raised from the event will be shared between Pieta House and Sheephaven Search & Recovery.
The Kieran McGrath Memorial Shield was presented to Rovers captain, Ronan Curran by Liam McGrath(Kierans brother).
